At The Baking Kaur, every cake is freshly baked and handcrafted to order in our Meerut kitchen. Because our products are perishable food items made specifically for you, they cannot be returned or exchanged once prepared or delivered. This policy explains the limited circumstances in which we offer cancellations, replacements, or refunds.

Cancellations & Changes

You may cancel or modify your order up to 12 hours before the scheduled delivery slot for a full refund or store credit. For same-day, express, or midnight delivery orders, cancellation may not be possible once preparation has begun. Damaged, Incorrect, or Quality Issues

Your satisfaction matters to us. If your cake arrives damaged, is the wrong item, or has a genuine quality issue, please contact us within 4 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the product and packaging. After review, we will offer a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or a partial/full refund at our discretion.

Non-Returnable by Nature

As perishable, made-to-order food, cakes and edible items cannot be returned or exchanged for reasons of taste preference, change of mind, or incorrect details provided at the time of ordering (such as spelling, date, or address). Please review your order carefully before confirming.

Refund Method & Timeline

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, or as store credit if you prefer. Delivery charges are non-refundable once a delivery has been dispatched.

Allergies

We currently do not offer sugar-free, vegan, or gluten-free cakes. All our cakes are 100% eggless. If you have severe allergies, please contact us before ordering.
