The Baking Kaur specializes in freshly prepared custom cakes, flowers, and hampers.

As our products are perishable and often customized, returns are generally not accepted once an order has been delivered.

Refunds or Replacements

Refunds or replacements may be provided in the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Damaged product delivered
  • Significant quality issue reported within 2 hours of delivery
  • Missing item in the order

To request assistance, please contact us with photographs and order details within 2 hours of receiving the order.

Customized cakes, personalized products, flowers, and gift hampers are non-returnable and non-refundable unless a delivery or quality issue occurs.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before preparation begins. Customized and same-day orders may not be eligible for cancellation once production has started.
